It’s no surprise that sleep is a frequent topic here on How Do You Do It?. We think about it quite a lot, ourselves (as evidenced just this week by Snickollet and myself), and we get a lot of questions from our beloved readers. From the moment our kids come home (heck, even before then), the quality of your kids’ sleep impacts the quality of your sleep, and is practically at the very core of child and parental well-being.
